Ivy Courtyard

Welcome to a part of history at Ivy courtyard. Located within walking distance to downtown historical prescott(less than a mile), you can walk to the square for all the downtown events! Original hardwood floors were saved in the master bedroom from the add on addition in the 1960s. Our absolute favorite part of this home is how it gets it’s name… the Ivy courtyard. Relax, grab a drink under the twinkle lights and enjoy the beautiful prescott weather!

Our family of 4 loved our stay at Ivy Courtyard! The house itself is older, but it has been redone and is adorable. It smelled so fresh, it was clean and the sleeping arrangements were perfect. The master bedroom has the original window to let in the natural light and you can enjoy the view of the secluded ivy backyard. The back porch area was awesome for us to sit and chat listening to the cicadas. The evening was perfect with the strung lights and the morning was just as peaceful to have coffee (our preteen daughter enjoyed her first mocha here). We didn't have to drive anywhere, the owners weren't exaggerating when they stated its in the heart of Prescott Historical District. We definitely recommend to eat at the LazyG Brewery for delicious food and home brews. We walked to the district our first evening and again the next day, it seems there is always something fun going on in Prescott. Only downside is that it is older and the doors and windows stuck, but with a little shove we got everything open. We 100% will be staying at Ivy Courtyard for our next visit to escape from the valley heat or enjoy all Prescott has to offer. Thanks again for the great stay Ivy Courtyard!

This is the most charming Airbnb I’ve stayed in. The courtyard is so beautiful & peaceful. It is super clean & in a great location within 3 blocks to downtown. Lazy G’s is excellent for lunch or dinner & is only one block away. Bill’s grill is 2 blocks away & there is a little market just around the corner to grab small necessities. There are at least 4 lakes with hiking trails within a 10-15 min drive. We will definitely be back to this cute place.

Our stay at Ivy Courtyard was cozy and very enjoyable. From the open kitchen we overlooked the living room and in the other direction we could go outside to the lovely ivy-laden hill that embraced the back patio area. A special treat was the view from the large master bedroom window that included this lovely patio. We visited the Lazy G Brewery which is walking distance down the hill because fo the recommendation of the host. Their barbecue sauce is just the tastiest and the having it on the meatloaf, bacon, cheese sandwich was my best meal. This was an enjoyable, cute, quiet get-a-way in a friendly, quaint town. The host was very helpful with any questions that we had.
